Located on the quiet south wall and has a gated backyard for added privacy that is great for dogs. It features a casita with double door entry, washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, bath, shower, air conditioning. The large backyard has a grass area as well as an ambience of tall beautiful mature palm trees, assorted fruit and other trees providing pleasant and restful sun and shade options. The backyard includes a large BBQ, hot tub, gas firepit, television and large table/chairs. The front and back are decorated with various flowers and landscape lighting. You will feel instantly at home. The gated backyard allows free roaming of pets.
